Long-distance entrance solution

This suburban block of flats has a separate entrance for one of the residences, the owner of the residence lives in another state, requiring extra security to monitor the property whilst he is away.

Using the Aiphone JO series the Dr Intercom team removed the existing handset and integrated it with that of the main building, then they installed a separate handset and keypad for the resident.

When the call button is pushed for the resident’s own apartment it also rings the app installed on his phone to ensure he is notified of who is there no matter where he is. This system is also ideal for people using their home for AirBNB, allowing cleaners or for letting friends in by providing a unique keypad code to have access.

If this customer misses a call from someone ringing the doorbell, they can remotely check who has been there and rung the doorbell. If it was someone suspicious, they can call their neighbours to be on the lookout!
